All good. Didn't have my code for collection. But they saw me right

Easy to use website, excellent quality and acceptable price. One minor glitch was part of my order was next day collection, I now know it was being delivered to my two local Toolstation branch by Evri, but the email I got from Evri caused me to wonder if it might be coming directly to me which is not something I wanted.

Once again ordered night before ready next day no problem will use again

Unusual item available at the Chalk Farm store, after fruitless searches online and at other retailers/stockists. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service; thank you.

Good service and friendly staff, I use toolstation mainly for all my kit for my self employed work

Always prefer Toolstation but recently required 50m x 2.5mm armoured cable. Unfortunately you couldn't supply the the product you listed. None even in your warehouse. Hence went to your main competitor. Also purchased all the other items required to complete the project. Still prefer the staff at Toolstation.

Never got my item next day never using again zero stars

All OK except that maybe Toolstation shouldn't list an order as completed online until it's paid for and ready for collection.

Whichever branch I go into the staff are top class,very helpful and when you buy awkward items they usually give you a hand out with it

Straight forward walked in ordered had what I needed in and out in less than 5 minutes 👍

I usually order online and collect at a later date. On this occasion I collected supplies on my way to a job. The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you👍🏼

Purchased Item 9-5-23 but told to would a next day delivery. Went to depot to collect next day Told it would be in now another next day, and so on. 13-5 23 still waiting!
The client I am working for not very happy with this situation.

I just needed 2 rolls of insulation tape on this visit.
As I walked into the shop, there was a display stand containing the material required. I picked up 2 rolls took them to the counter and paid. In and out within 2 minutes
