"Smooth delivery, no hassle"
Really happy with the delivery. The courier kept me updated the whole way and the parcel turned up exactly when they said it would. The box was in good condition too, which is always a relief. Nice and straightforward, no messing about.

"Good for quick bits, but I still price-check like my life depends on it"
Toolstation is handy when I need something the same day and don’t want to make a whole expedition out of it. Some stuff is genuinely cheaper than other places, and when that happens I’m basically ready to declare it the deal of the century.
That said, I’ve had a few moments where I’ve checked the price and nearly acted like I’d been personally betrayed. A couple of items were more expensive than I expected, so now I always compare before buying. It’s decent overall, just not always the massive bargain I somehow convince myself it’ll be.

"Wish I’d used them sooner"
I’ve used Toolstation a few times now i kind of regret not giving them a go earlier. Every order has been ready when they said it would be, the prices are clear, and the one return I had to do was surprisingly easy. No hassle, no weird issues, just a reliable place to get what I need without messing around

"Good price, just caught me at an awkward time"
I had a look around before buying and Toolstation ended up being the cheapest for the bits I needed. Typical that I only realized when I was in a rush and needed them that day, so the timing wasn’t ideal on my part. Still, it was straightforward, no hassle, and I saved a few quid. I’d use them again.

"Quick, quick visit"
Popped into Toolstation i barely had to wait at all. The queue was moving quick, quick, and I got called up pretty much straight away. The staff had my order sorted in a couple of minutes, no messing about. Really makes a difference when you’re just trying to get in and out.

I had to ask for a refund and, it was straightforward. Nothing fancy to explain here — I put in the request, they handled it without a bunch of back and forth, and the money came back fast. So yeah, refund process was solid.

The opening times are really handy if you're trying to stop by after work. places are always either closed too early or super inconvenient, so it’s nice when one actually fits around a normal schedule

I stopped in needing help with a plumbing part, and the person helping me seemed a little unsure, so they had to check with someone else. It took longer than I expected, but everyone was polite and I did end up getting what I needed. I guess I just thought they’d know a bit more right away. Not a bad experience, just kind of average.

Picked up a few bits from toolstation they’ve been spot on. Nothing flashy or dramatic, just decent quality stuff that does the job and hasn’t caused me any hassle so far. I was all calm about it, but actually, fair play, it’s nice buying something that just works for once.

"Checkout Was a Bit Confusing"
I used toolstation checkout and it worked out in the end, but I was a bit confused at first. I had to go back a couple of times because I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the delivery and click and collect options. The payment part was fine and went through without any problems, so that was a relief. I’d still use toolstation again, but the checkout page could definitely be clearer and a bit less fiddly.
